Breakfast

 

An extensive continental breakfast is included, consisting of at least five types of cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, yoghurts, eggs, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. A home-made granola has been created from ingredients that are naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, complementary proteins, and calming qualities. There is a large selection of tisanes also available.

For those with dairy intolerance, there is always at least one alternative (rice milk, almond or soya milk, goat’s milk). There is a gluten-free cereal for those with gluten sensitivity.

And if at all possible–English crumpets!
